The deposit is fully refundable when you cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled booking start time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

Call-out charge

The £80 call-out includes the engineer's diagnosis and repair of the fault during the visit where the appliance is repairable there and then.

Commercial Appliances £150

Call-out charge

The commercial appliance call-out charge is £150.

Parts Charged separately Parts are charged separately for both domestic and commercial repairs.
